Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all dirtbag* tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship It Out
Print your prepaid shipping label, drop the package at any authorized carrier location, and keep a copy of your tracking number.
Get Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
